A friend once said to me "Everything is bigger in SL". I guess that's a lot of it's appeal. It's larger than life, and I suppose, since we all view it on a small screen, it helps us see and experience it better. But SL has never been bigger than it is when you visit Greenies Home Rezzable.

 

The entire Sim has been turned into the ground floor of a small house, complete with a open-plan kitchen, dining table, and a kids doll house big enough to be a mansion for your average avatar. The whole place, despite being so overwhelmingly large, is built to perfection in the smallest detail, and it needs to be, as when your avatar is so small in comparison, everything appears as though viewed through a microscope

But the appeal of this sim doesn't end there by any stretch. For, as the name suggests, this sim is the home of the Greenies, tiny aliens who came to invade earth, only to find perspective was not in their favour. As you wander around the sim, you find them littered around the place, interacting with their environment in hilarious ways, with each image of them appearing as a 3D comic strip, perfect in every detail, and always raising a smile.

So, if you get the chance, head down to the GIANT sim, for tiny people, that always provides BIG BIG laughs.
